The Institute of Emerging Leaders (TiEL) is a project of the Interfaith League Against Poverty (I-LAP).
TiEL was established with the vision of producing visionary leaders from within the Christian Community who would lead the community with planned programs ensuring their dignity, honor and pride by attaining professional education and being placed in high ranking positions in the mainstream of the country.
TiEL is the first institution of its kind that is dedicatedly playing the much required role of strengthening academic education and emphasizes professional growth and personality development of students; instilling visionary leadership qualities for addressing the challenges being faced by the Christians in the country.
TiEL's wider educational approach includes career counseling, life skills, civic education, peace-building, human rights, good governance and interfaith harmony.
TiEL's objectives focus on education, skills, leadership, opportunity and preparing Christian youth to participate confidently in society.
Preparing Christian leaders who are well educated, well versed and well equipped to ably lead the community and shoulder their problems in finding sustainable solutions.
Provide the best possible environment for educating their minds and spirits in light of the commandments of God.
Equip Christian youth with appropriate and marketable knowledge and skills so that they can participate in Nation Building alongside the other citizens of Pakistan.

TiEL believes in integrated learning so students grow not only in academic understanding but also in character, confidence and personality.
Students receive career counseling, subject selection guidance and specialized tutoring. The programme also includes life skills, personality development, civic education, peace-building, socio-economic and political awareness, good governance and human rights.

TiEL School System caters to children belonging to lower and lower-middle-class Christian families. Keeping in mind the poor dietary patterns of these students, TiEL developed a School Nutrition Programme for Montessori and Junior Section students.
Milk and fresh seasonal fruits are provided regularly. A Nutritionist visits TiEL on a quarterly basis and carries out detailed check-ups to detect signs of malnutrition and deficiencies.
