The Institute of Emerging Leaders (TiEL) is a project of Interfaith League Against Poverty (I-LAP) which is a non-profit organisation, established in 2004 and registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies Ordinance 1961. TiEL was established with the vision of producing visionary leaders from within the Christian Community who would lead the community with planned Programs ensuring their dignity, honor and pride by attaining professional education and are placed in high ranking positions in the mainstream of the country.

TiEL provides an empowering learning environment where all members of the community are challenged to achieve their potential, encouraged to pursue their passions, and expected to fulfil their responsibilities. Numerous programmes support students and parents through all stages of their TiEL journey.
