YOUTH EMPOWERMENT THROUGH LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
The Institute of Emerging Leaders (TiEL) offers Computer and Media Training as essential life skills to equip Christian youth with practical, sustainable abilities. These courses are designed to enhance employability while strengthening faith, confidence, and self-reliance. Each program develops practical skills while nurturing biblical values such as stewardship, service, and perseverance. Through these trainings, TiEL equips young people with the tools they need to restore their dignity, unlock their God-given potential, and serve as shining witnesses of Christ in their communities.
The training focuses on:
- Employability: Preparing CVs, accessing jobs, and working independently in offices, freelancing, or digital platforms.
- Communication & Confidence: Expressing ideas clearly, presenting effectively, and engaging meaningfully with society.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Developing logical thinking, troubleshooting issues, and learning independently.
- Digital Literacy & Safety: Navigating the digital world responsibly and protecting against misinformation.
