TiEL serves students who meet the following criteria:
Students from low-income backgrounds
Students currently enrolled in school
Students studying in regular or professional colleges or universities
Students who have completed a Master’s degree and are pursuing higher studies
Students in possession of their original academic credentials
Students who demonstrate commitment to learning and personal growth
Students willing to actively participate in academic and life-skills training programs
Students who demonstrate good conduct and respect for institutional values
Students whose families are unable to provide adequate educational support
Students willing to comply with TiEL’s code of conduct and discipline standards
