TiEL School System endeavors to provide an excellent environment, strict discipline and exceptional standard of education to Christian children who are deprived of family resources and cannot acquire admissions in expensive schools. At TiEL we believe in integrated learning so that our students may neither lack in academic excellence nor personality development. The long term aim of TiEL is to bring TiEL students at par with their peers studying in renowned and expensive schools, all over the country.
The Faculty Members of TiEL School System are well qualified and bring with them a rich teaching experience in their respective disciplines; they are well versed in spoken English. They endeavour to pay equal importance to nurturing and self-grooming of all students.
TiEL School System offers Oxford University Press syllabus from Montessori to Grade 10.
TiEL Evening Support Classes
It has been observed that children coming from low economic backgrounds most often lack guidance during the decisive years of their academic lives when they need to select a professional career that best suits their talents and aptitude.
Therefore, students (boys and girls) from Grade 8 to 16 from low income families are provided a complete package including Career Counseling, selection of subjects and specialized tutoring for academic excellence. Guidance for the students is integrated with capacity building for essential life skills, personality development, civic education, peace-building, socio-economic and political awareness, good governance and human rights.
TiEL focuses on:
- Grade 8 Students:
Students presently enrolled in Grade 8 are given career counseling to enable them in select their professions. Further, they are provided specialized coaching to assist them in excelling in their studies so that they may be promoted to the faculty of their choice, i.e. Science, Arts or Commerce.
- Grades 9 & 10 (Matriculation):
While in Grades 9 & 10, these students are specially tutored to achieve excellent grades in the Board Examinations to secure on merit admissions in reputed colleges.
- Grades 11 & 12 (Intermediate):
Once these students are successfully admitted into colleges they are tutored by subject specialists to score grades that would ensure on merit admissions in professional universities through.
- Preparation for ISSB (Inter Services Selection Board)
Those students who are desirous of joining the Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force) are assisted in preparing for the ISSB physical, written and oral tests.
- Preparation for CSS (Civil Superior Services)
Students who have a flair for joining the Civil Services are assisted in their preparation for the CSS exams.
- Preparation for English Language Tests (TOEFL & IELTS)
For those who are desirous of getting foreign scholarships are given preparatory classes for the English language tests.

Criteria for Selection of TiEL Students
- Students from low economic backgrounds
- Currently studying in school
- Currently studying in regular/ professional college or university
- Students having completed their Master’s Degree and pursuing their higher studies
- Students having their original credentials
